Nexus 4 stock pleaser with T-Mobile partnership

We have some welcome news for those of you who have had trouble getting hold of a Nexus 4 handset on T-Mobile. The carrier is now attempting to improve stock situation, by selling the device throughout their entire retail chain and also on their online website before the end of the month. It should improve the dire stock issues that are still ongoing on Google’s own Play store where the Nexus 4 is still out of stock.

If you head to a T-Mobile store this week, you may be lucky enough to find that the Nexus 4 is now available to buy on contract for $199, or outright for $499 if you prefer. Availability in T-Mobile branded stores is the first step in an availability push from the company, which will improve even further when T-Mobile sells the Nexus 4 in every other store across the country.

Failing that, the company has said that from January 23rd onwards, the Nexus 4 will be available to buy online from their website – so make sure you make a note of that. Ordering from the Google Play store has been nothing but an ordeal for many consumers, so ordering from T-Mobile may be a lot more worthwhile come January 23.

We just hope that when the date for online orders does arrive, we don’t see the same system crashes and backlog order problems that greeted consumers who tirelessly tried to get one from the Google Play store. Considering T-Mobile is the only other company to offer the Nexus 4 aside from Google, you probably want to be refreshing their online store on midnight January 22 as demand is sure to be high after the Google Play disappointment.

Does ordering the Nexus 4 from T-Mobile interest you? How many of you have actually managed to order a Nexus 4 from the Play store without any problems?
