FIFA 13: List of stadiums include big five

By Alan Ng - Sep 10, 2012

We have some important news for FIFA 13 fans to take in now, as the list of official stadiums has seemingly leaked out ahead of the September 28 release date. Not all of the Premiership stadiums are included, but you’ll be pleased to hear that the so-called big five all have their official stadiums in the game.

It means that if you are a Liverpool, Manchester City, Arsenal, Chelsea or Manchester United fan, the chances are you are going to be very happy with the stadium list. Their respective Anfield, Emirates, Etihad, Old Trafford and Stamford Bridge stadiums have all made it into the game, and there’s a few other Premiership stadiums that are included as well.

Tottenham and Newcastle fans will be delighted to hear that their respective White Hart Lane and Sports Direct Stadiums are in FIFA 13, but everyone else is set for a disappointment again. EA seems to have picked all of the ‘bigger’ teams and left out the lesser teams – a shame as it would have been nice to have a full selection of Premiership stadiums to choose from, making everyone happy.

Elsewhere, there’s plenty of official stadiums for the big European teams too. Barcelona and Real Madrid have their Nou Camp and Bernabeu stadiums in the game, while there will also be an official version of England’s Wembley Stadium as well which is nice. You can check out the full list over at the FIFA Soccer Blog here – have a look and then let us know what you think about the final list.

Are you a bit disappointed that the ‘big five’ teams in the Premiership only have their official stadiums in the game? Also, no Scottish stadiums for the likes of Celtic either – is this a big issue for you?

Nou Camp isnt in Fifa 13, get your facts straight!

I would hope FIFA 13 has the big five stadiums. They’re all in FIFA 12, why would they not include them for the new release? The only new stadiums are White Hart Lane and King Fahd stadium.

Still no Goodison Park despite us being partners with EA? Thats horrendous. What exactly do we get out of this deal?

Totally agree with you. How can Liverpool be classed as a big team if we finished above them?

  • Would be pointless to have Celtic Park in the game if their is no Rangers. I am disappointed mainly that England get songs sung during the game but never once ive I heard “We’ll be Coming down the road”, bagpipes or Loch Lomond in a Scotland match, the atmosphere is electric most of the time at Scotland games.

Scotland is a tiny country ranked 46th in the world. England is a much better and more popular football team. It’s to be expected.
