Droid RAZR: Are official accessories overpriced or reasonable?

We have some very useful details to share with those of you that have your heart set on picking up Motorola’s latest Droid smartphone. We have just found out about the list of official accessories that will be available for the Droid RAZR, and there’s a lot to choose from.

The Droid RAZR is expected to hit Verizon retail stores and their online store on November 10, which may be the date in which the Galaxy Nexus arrives on Big Red too coincidentally. The good news, is that these collection of accessories that we have to show you will all be available from launch, and we have key pricing information to share with you as well, courtesy of Droid-Life.

First up is the Standard HDMI dock which will cost you $59.99 to buy. There’s a more premium version of this called the HDMI docking station which costs $99.99 but will come with an HDMI cable and 3 USB ports. There’s an official car dock for the very reasonable price of $29.99 and a set of docks to connect your RAZR to your laptop to act as a secondary PC.

Finally there is the new MotoACTV fitness watch on offer as well which you probably saw unveiled alongside the Droid RAZR at Motorola’s recent event. It will cost either $249 or $299 depending on whether you choose the 8GB or 16GB option – so definitely not cheap as an additional accessory, but it is very cool regardless.

What are your thoughts on the accessories on offer? Do you think they are slightly overpriced, or are there a few items on that list that you wouldn’t mind picking up alongside your RAZR on November 10th? Note that there isn’t an official external battery available for the Droid RAZR, but we’ll let you know once we hear of one.

Are these accessories value for money, or will you look for cheaper third party gear instead?
