It will allow users to track all of their exercise routines and fitness history right from the application. Users can pick from a large selection of gym exercises and cardio activities, and can even build custom workout routines. The app also allows users to calculate their fat percentage and body mass index, which can then be backed up online.

Users are shown how to perform new exercises via 3D animated videos that are accompanied by detailed text instructions. You can even listen to your music while you are logging your exercise performance, and generate visual reports of your progress.
