FIFA 12: List of Stadiums revealed – Man City fans happy

We have been keeping you up to date with all things FIFA recently and we have some more important news for you. After revealing a new career mode trailer, EA has just unveiled the full list of stadiums that will be featured in the game and as you may have guessed, there are a few exciting additions.

The most notable addition is the Etihad Stadium which is of course home to big-spenders and current Premiership high flyers Manchester City. Their stadium will be included in the game as part of a new exclusive partnership reached between EA and Man City recently.

All the expected stadiums are there too, as FIFA 12 will include like-for-like replicas of Old Trafford (Manchester United), the Nou Camp (Barcelona), the Emirates (Arsenal), Anfield (Liverpool), San Siro (Inter / AC Milan), Stamford Bridge (Chelsea) and of course the Bernabeu, home of Real Madrid.

Below is an example of the new Juventus Stadium which will be featured in the game:

However, EA’s stadium list is likely to upset a few football fans, as strangely there are no stadiums available for Portugese teams, while there is no official Craven Cottage stadium for Fulham fans despite EA’s deal with them, and also there is no stadium for Rangers or Celtic either. Wembley Stadium has been added though so fans will be able to get an authentic taste of playing the League Cup, FA Cup as well as England internationals in the national stadium.

You can view the full list of FIFA 12 stadiums courtesy of FIFA Soccer Blog here. Let us know what you think of the list. Has EA included your favorite team into the game or have you been left disappointed with the final selection. Don’t forget though that further stadiums may be added in future updates to the game or even as paid-for DLC after the game is released at the end of this month.

Ea could easily release every clubs stadium in game or on dlc, it would take time, much of it but it would be awesome (when I say every team I mean Every team..)

That can’t happen as EA doesn’t have the license to replicate some (most) of the world stadiums. You have to understand, games like madden, NBA and MLB only have 30 or so teams to replicate. As in FIFA, the construction and production of the recreation is almosr impossible.
