Within the last year you may have seen the movie Paul, which featured Comic Con and the love for aliens. This film may have highlighted an event you never knew about, or for those die-hard movie, games, and comic fans, the event is well known. Comic Con 2011 has just started and the news is starting to stream in, which we wanted to feature some of the biggest news and rumors we’re hearing today, July 21.
One of the biggest movie trailers had to be “The Amazing Spider-Man”, which saw its Comic-Con debut teaser within the last 24 hours. Another anticipated launch is The Darkness II videogame, which is due to be released on Feb 7, 2011. This first-person shooter from 2K Games will get a preview today at San Diego’s Comic-Con, meaning those attending will get hands-on with hitman Jackie Estacado. The DC Comics legend loves how this year’s event will see so many people attending that will learn about the world of comics, although they may not be into comics.
