OK, we know that the app is a bit of a mouthful, which makes it tougher when searching for it on iTunes but it will be worth it. This app is very different to the previous one, as there are pre-programmed workouts for you abs that will only take 5 minutes at a time.
However, this app is still extensive in the way that there are over one hundred 5-minute sessions, which you then need to set yourself daily and weekly targets. Depending on how fit you get, you can change these target levels. Also in order to make certain that you reach a certain amount of crunches in the allotted 5-miute time there is a handy timer function.
Those were the only two timed abs workouts that we could find, but we did not want to end this article on a low note, which is why we have one final app. We believe that we have saved the best for last, as Scientific Abs Workouts aims to give you the results that you have been dreaming of. The way that this app approaches this is by a science, as you just enter your fitness level and then he app will workout a program for your needs.
This is very different to most of the other abs apps on the iTunes, as they only cater for all and not the individual. This makes perfect sense really, as when you sign up to a gym you have an induction that is designed to offer you a workout program just for you.
