It was only the week before last that we informed our readers that publisher Electronic Arts had just revealed the next installment in the hugely popular Sims franchise, The Sims 3: Pets. Now we have discovered that they have recently announced yet another expansion pack by the name of ‘Town Life Stuff.’

As Pappy-R over on the website recently noted, the upcoming ‘Town Life Stuff’ expansion pack for The Sims 3 game will be available for both the PC and Mac as from June 26th. The pack will enable users to update their neighborhood and their Sims’ style with various items for the house and town.

Does your Sims character enjoy reading? Well players will now be able to build them a library, or perhaps one of the new retro library sets to their Sims’ home. You could even build them a high-tech gym equipped with weight machines and treadmills etc, or maybe a playground complete with a slide and sandbox.

The Town Life Stuff expansion pack also features a washer and dryer set for your home, new outfits and hairstyles for your Sims character and community lots such as the Par Excellence Preparatory School, the Fresh and Frozen Express Grocer and even the Scrumptious Nibbles Café for your Sims to hang out in.
