Both of these apps are found on Apple’s App Store.
There are thousands of apps for iOS alone, so forget magazines and think applications that both teach you and monitor how your health and fitness are. This doesn’t need to rule your holiday, but will help you monitor and learn what to eat.

Educate yourself on the calories in food and also drinks, one app called “QuickkaCalories” will monitor the food intake but there are also apps for drinks.
Learning how to keep the weight down on a cruise will not be easy, but do enough of the right things, have fun, and you will come home feeling relaxed and maybe lighter.
