New Droid Bionic video collection before Motorola release

By Daniel Chubb - May 27, 2011

The biggest phone brands are pushing their new devices to would-be-buyers, and Verizon’s 4G LTE is a big selling point on some of these phones. The Droid Charge is the latest release of the LTE phones; interestingly the latest Verizon 4G phone may be worthless to some buyers (you can read about that here).

With so much hype about the Motorola Droid Bionic, many reports suggest buyers should wait for the Bionic unless they’re a loyalist to certain brands, we thought a little recap would help those that are indecisive. Rather than repeat the same old specs over again, something a little more visual would be fun.

We found 7 videos looking at the new Droid Bionic, some really nice close up videos, and these are taken from different people’s perspectives. The last two videos are comparisons to other devices, one shows every Verizon 4G phone – close up (LG, Motorola, HTC and Samsung).

You may have seen some of these videos before, but some may give a little insight that you’ve not seen. For other readers, this could be a little tease while you wait for the Droid Bionic release.

Watch the videos below and let us know if you’ve decided on a 4G phone, or have you already parted with your cash?

July 2016: Droid Bionic delayed once again for new enhancements.

Insider information recently attained says that the new Droid Bionic, originally to be released 5 years ago, is going through it’s final enhancements to ensure the “best customer experience possible!”

This is going to be the best phone never released…

Insider info from Motorola says the New “Bionic” (there is a supposed name change–new codename unverified) will now possibly feature the Tegra 3 Quad-core processor and several other upgrades over that seen at CES, including a new form factor, better front-facing camera, and “advanced” rear-facing camera option.

However, unfortunately the ‘supposed’ narrow gap for the “Bionic” release is now pushing October-November time-frame. Both Motorola and Verizon agreed that with three pre-released 4G LTE phones already on market, it is better now to fine-tune this “overall better customer experience”–stated with the announcement of the delay–and will release what  will be the revolutionary phone of the year!!!

Could this also mean the “Bionic” will be upgradable to Ice Cream Sandwich after it’s release??
