In case you missed it a few months ago, we now have a reminder for you when Sony’s E3 2011 press conference will start for those of you eager to tune in to the event on June 6th. Those of you in the UK will have to stay up late to watch the event, while those of you in the US will be glad to hear it’s at a very flexible hour for you.
This year, Sony’s event will take place at 5PM Pacific time at the Los Angeles Memorial Sports Center on June 6th. That means that the event will be on at 8PM Eastern Time for those of you living on that time zone.
For UK gamers hoping to turn into the event, you will have to get the coffee and red bull out, and brace yourself for a long night. The event will start at 1AM UK time for you, and finish at 6AM UK time, meaning that Sony’s E3 event is scheduled for a total of five hours.
However, the actual keynote speech will only last one and a half hours, meaning that the remaining time is probably reserved for an audience hands-on event, or something else which they haven’t announced yet.
Now that you know the official times, will you be tuning into the event? We’ll be covering every major announcement as it happens live.
