HP unveils Pavilion g6s laptop: specs and price info

We have some great news now for those of you that are possibly thinking about buying a new laptop but don’t want to spend too much money, as we’ve just discovered that HP has recently unveiled another model in its Pavilion g6 affordable laptop range.

The model we are talking about is the HP Pavilion g6s, which according to a recent article over at laptoping.com comes with a choice of dual-core Core i3, i5 and i7 Sandy Bridge processors. Many of the other specs are said to be the same as in all the Pavilion g6 budget-class laptops.

This includes a 15.6-inch LED-backlit display with a resolution of 1366 x 768, up to a 750GB hard drive, up to 6GB of RAM, a webcam, HDMI, Altec Lansing stereo speakers, a DVD burner or Blu-ray Combo, a chiclet-like keyboard and the Windows 7 Home Premium operating system.

As noted over on the shopping.hp.com website, the Pavilion g6s is available in a number of different colors including the standard charcoal gray, pacific blue, sweet purple, Sonoma red and luminous rose. It also features built in Wi-Fi (Wireless N) and a media card reader.
