Battlefield 3: Gameplay Trailer – Inception Remix

By Alan Ng - Apr 7, 2011

It’s been a while since we had any fresh Battlefield 3 information, so we thought we’d point you in the direction of an excellent trailer we have found online. It mixes some previously seen gameplay footage with the soundtrack to the excellent Inception movie, and the result is pretty awesome.

The gameplay footage is taken from the Fault Line level that EA unveiled a while ago, while the Inception portion has been provided from the Mind Heist track, as composed by Zack Hemsey.

Surprisingly, the two go together really well, and it definitely adds that hint of epicness when you see the battle take place on the streets when the player starts firing at the enemy.

Don’t forget that EA are planning a 12 minute gameplay reveal on Battlefield 3 on April 17th, so that’s definitely something to look forward to. Watch the Inception remix trailer below, courtesy of YouTube user DigitalXMedia .

Do you think Battlefield 3 should include some similar music for the real game? Let’s hope someone at EA takes note of what is possible in terms of music, as in our opinion, no great game is complete without a great soundtrack to back it up.

This remix is wrong. The full orchestra is supposed to come in right as he is exiting the building. They need to start the inception music 10 seconds into the BF3 video. Do this on your own using youtube and then play it back, it's better.
