How would you like to be able to create your very own custom ringtones for your Apple iPhone, by using music from your iTunes library or even speech? Well it looks like you are now able to thanks to a recently released iOS app called Ringtone Wiz.
As reported on the slapapp.com website, the Ringtone Wiz app – which features support for 35 different languages – offers three tracks for users to create custom ringtones that are completely original on, using text-to-speech, their own voice recording or their own music.
Once users have created their very own unique ringtones, they can either assign them to all their contact list or individual contacts. The app’s text-to-speech feature enables users to type in up to 100 characters in total, which they can then hear back as speech.
You can either use all three channels individually, or combine the music, voice recording and text-to-speech together for an even more unique ringtone. As noted on the itunes.apple.com website, the app allows users to choose any 40 second part of a song of their choice.
You can view a video of the app in action via the YouTube link here, or read more about the app via the itunes.apple.com website. The Ringtone Wiz app does require iOS 4.1 or later. Does this sound like an app that would interest you? Let us know your thoughts.
