Verizon 4G LTE: First Ad Confirms Release in 2010

For those of you who are wondering when Verizon will unleash their 4G LTE network across most parts of America, a new commercial released by the carrier has pinpointed a month when that will finally be – and it’s good news.

You may have already seen this trailer over the weekend, but for everyone else who missed it, you can catch it again below.

It is very ‘movie-like’ we have to say, and we are definitely impressed by it. However, the main point of the trailer was for Verizon to announce that their 4G LTE network will be ready for launch sometime during December – an exact date though is still to be confirmed.

Verizon’s LTE network has taken a long time to release, but we’re sure everyone is delighted that it will be available for usage before the end of the year. They could have released it in early 2011 and we don’t think anyone would have minded.

The question is though, are you ready for LTE? Check out the video clip below for a taster and give us your thoughts on it.
