L.A. Noire: Rockstar Games Release First Trailer

By Jamie Pert - Nov 11, 2010

It has been some time since we heard anything from Rockstar regarding L.A. Noire. We’ve already had some screenshots appear, but this trailer intends to blow us out of the water.

Rockstar Games have already given us two action packed games in the way of the Grand Theft Auto series, as well as the hugely popular Red Dead Redemption. It’s fair to say that these games were “in your face” action packed, where as it seems that Rockstar are taking a rather subtle take on their next release — L.A. Noire. But I bet it is anything but.

The Godfarther/Mafia-esq clone looks like it’s going to be a real big hitter when it hits shelves in Spring 2011, and I expect it to be nothing other than enthralling.

L.A. Noire takes place in the late-1940’s, where you play as a detective based in Los Angeles and solve crimes “through a blend of classic action, clue-finding and interrogation,” says Rockstar.

Enough chit-chat from me though, take a look at the trailer for yourself below and let us know your thoughts on Rockstar’s next big game.
