By Alan Ng - Nov 10, 2010

If you still haven’t picked up Treyarch’s newest Call of Duty title, Black Ops, the chances are you are searching around the internet reading various opinions on the game before making that final decision whether to buy or not.

The majority of reviews from the most respected gaming sites are now available to view, and while overall scores are very good, there has been quite a stir caused about the game’s graphics, connection problems and even lag for some users.

Eurogamer has scored the game an 8, saying that the campaign mode is ‘relentlessly aggressive and spectacular’ and the multiplayer mode adds smart tweaks on already ‘working’ formulas. IGN US on the other hand have scored the title an 8.5, saying that Black Ops is ‘certainly worth your time’ and even going as far to say that the Single Player campaign is ‘the best single player in a Call of Duty game’ to date.
