Toshiba Libretto W100 Price: $1,100, 2 to 3 week wait

By Peter Chubb - Aug 17, 2010

Do you remember that concept laptop that Toshiba were showing off, well it is now available to purchase. The new Libretto W100 will give your bank a bit of a beating, as it costs $1,099.99. We just hope that it will be worth it?

Having said that, the new dual-screen laptop is certain to sell out fast, so you had best visit the Amazon website or Amazon to get yours before they go. The device comes with a Pentium U5400 processor, and Microsoft’s Windows 7 Home Premium.

Graphics comes from an integrated Intel device, other features include 62GB SSD and 2GB of RAM. Looking at these specs, the device is not going to set benchmark tests alight, but it is the concept of the design that consumers will be more worried about.

The Toshiba Libretto W100 has those unique twin 7-inch WSVGA LCD panels, and it is this reason why there is now a 2 to 3 week wait for them. Will you be persuaded to purchase the new Toshiba device?
