Apple iMac, Mac Pro 2010: New models coming this week?

By Alan Ng - Jul 27, 2010

We have some interesting news to report now, as it has been revealed that Apple are planning to update their existing iMac and Mac Pro desktop range. Apple may even be preparing to unveil the new hardware today.

As reported from Apple Insider, the information has come from John Gruber of Daring Fireball, who says that Apple will be bringing the new revisions to their store this week.

As well as an update to the iMac and Mac Pro, Gruber also states that Apple will release a 27-inch cinema display. There are also brief details on Apple’s Magic Trackpad – which has only recently just passed FCC testing.

We dont have details on what spec changes the new models will bring, but we’ll hopefully bring you more details on this soon. Are you planning to update your iMac/Mac Pro? Let us know your thoughts on this.
