Red Dead Redemption DLC: Outlaws to the End Release Date

By Alan Ng - Jun 4, 2010

We have some good news for Red Dead Redemption owners now, as Rockstar has just confirmed a solid release date for the upcoming and FREE DLC content – Outlaws to the End.

As reported from VG247, the DLC will be available on the PS3 and Xbox 360 on Tuesday June 22nd. You may think that since this is a free update, new content will be kept on the minimal side, but this isn’t the case here.

Rockstar will be adding six new co-op missions, new co-op challenges and bonus multiplayer XP rewards. That is not all either, as gamers will also have the chance to unlock additional Achievements and Trophies.

Way to go Rockstar. This is what we want to see from developers and their DLC. Let us know your thoughts on Outlaws to the End.

@ Youngstown, you can't blame IW for the price of content for MW2 as they are a small peice of activision if you want to blame ppl blame them and ea and all other parent compones, also i agree free dlc is awesome, maybe ea should take notice and get rid of there $5 dollar fee on used ea games to play onle

I totally agree, Rockstar have really done an amazing job on Red Dead Redemption and have earned respect throughout the gaming community and now they are releasing free DLC. This is the way to go and i can only imagin how much more fun RDR is going to become.

That's what us gamers want, developers who give a crap that we spent 60 bucks on their game. It seems now that DLC has become a way to squeeze out more money from gamers because of a poor release gross. Rockstar has obviously done well in the first two weeks and instead of begging for more money they are rewarding us. With Read Dead Redemption being such an endlessly fun game, and now with free DLC, I think the devs have definitely earned my respect and loyalty as a customer. Way to go Rockstar!!!!!
