Red Dead Redemption: Gameplay Footage Leaked Online; Impressive Reviews

By Jamie Pert - May 15, 2010

We are still a few days away until Rockstar unveil their new title – Red Dead Redemption to the world. But somehow, a sneaky gamer managed to get hold of an early retail copy and broadcast the first play via the Internet.

To convince us this was not a fake (how was he going to fake gameplay anyway), the gamer uploaded pictures of the game case, game-disc, booklet, and map before streaming his first gaming experience with Red Dead Redemption.

As word got out about the stream, Rockstar managed to cut it, but this was the least of their worries as someone was clever enough to make a recording of the whole stream. Several versions appeared on YouTube before they also were taken down at Rockstar’s request. More and more copies of the game managed to surface online via different online data spaces, like Mediafire and MultiUpload.

Also to note, is that a few review scores have also appeared on the Internet, which score in at a massive 9.75, 9 and a perfect 10 out of 10.

Check out the source below to find out where you can see these leaked videos.

Update: Since publishing this article the video has been removed due to a copyright claim.

Gamestation has copies in store right now they could avoid all this if there was one worldwide release date and by selling items as they arrive.
