Call Of Duty Black Ops: Best price for Xbox 360, PS3?

By Alan Ng - May 7, 2010

A few days ago, we posted an article which revealed the suggested retail price in the UK for Call Of Duty: Black Ops, due out on November 11th. Activsion has followed the ‘higher than usual’ pricing for Black Ops, just like they did with MW2, but luckily for you – we have found what looks to be the best price for the game at the moment.

The full retail price for the game will come in at £59.99 in the UK, and $59.99 in the US. While this is normal price for the U.S, the UK has once again been shafted by added taxes and extras.

The good news though, is that we received a message from UK retailers, who told us that they’ll be selling both the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of the game for just £39.99 with free delivery. You can even start pre-ordering the game now if you want – head to their Black Ops page here for further details.

Have you seen a better price for the game yet? If you have, let us know in the comments section.

  • This one sounds like it will hopefuly have different gameplay tactics than the same old CoD formula of getting pinned down by waves of enemies in every area of the game. It's a little tired, but Black Ops suggests maybe some stealth and strategy, but of course I'm probably wrong.

And I can't believe we're already looking to winter 2010 already, I for one can't as i booked the tickets for Porcupine Tree in October…years go so fast these days.

  • Amazon is worth keeping an eye on – they will drop in price and have lowest price guarantee
