By Alan Ng - Apr 27, 2010

We have some good news for those of you planning to pick up Gran Turismo 5 on the PS3, as we have had another confirmation that the game will be available before the end of the year and further information regarding 3D support.

As reported from GTPlanet, Taku Imasaki is a producer for the game and he spoke in a recent interview with GamerLive.tv. You’ll be pleased to know that 3D support is definitely coming for the game, and he also added that it will ‘improve’ gameplay.

As many of you probably predicted by now, 3D support is likely to be the main reason for the numerous delays the game has received, but this is the first time we’ve had any official news from a source within Sony – so it’s good!

Are you looking forward to 3D support for the game, or are you not bothered by it at all? Let us know how you think 3D will shape up the game.
