Colorware’s Apple iPad: Vibrant Custom Paintjob

By Jamie Pert - Apr 15, 2010

Over the years Colorware has made a name for their-selves by carrying out high quality and professional custom paint jobs on a wide-range of electronic devices, the latest device to endure the ‘Colorware treatment’ is Apple’s iPad, and I must say the outcome is pretty impressive.

Their are different color options you can choose from, the parts of the iPad you can color are the back plate, the Apple logo and the home button, if you check out the image at the end of this post you can see one of their customizations.

Colorware offer two services, you can buy a customized iPad directly from them for $910-$1110 (depending on iPad version), or you can send your iPad in, this costs $410 and takes roughly three weeks.

If you check out their site you can see examples of their work, I would probably choose a patriotic red white and blue color-scheme, how about you?
