Bloom Energy: Fuel Cell “In-a-Box”

We have an interesting product for you to check out now, a product that has been making all the headlines recently. Its called the ‘Bloom Box’ and claims to save company’s money using its ‘green friendly’, fuel cell technology.

As reported from FastCompany, the Bloom Box is the work of Bloom Energy – a company that has been established for eight years and boasts customers such as Ebay, Google and Staples.

Critics are calling it a mini power planet in-a-box, and it works with the help of ceramic disks and metal alloy plates, which are then heated up to 1,000 degrees Celsius – producing electricity as a result.

Sound interesting to you? Ebay claim that the Bloom Box has saved them $100,000 in electricity costs within 9 months of usage.
