Valentine’s Day ideas on Twitter: Hallmark Cards sets a challenge

Do you need some Valentine’s Day ideas when it comes to writing a message for that loved one, or do you already have a good idea? Hallmark Cards has set a challenge on Twitter for those romantics.

Those that entered had to write a Valentine’s Day verse, which had a 21st century twist. The special cards will be released for February 14, 2011. If you use Twitter, you will know about the 140-character limit, and that was the limit for their poem. There is a shortlist that shows 10 of the best, you can vote for your favorite entry at

    Trust Hallmark to get others to write their cards for them, all their cards are corny. If you want well written, poignant Valentine’s Day messages, have a look at, it’s by far the best card site I’ve found.
