Corsair P64, P128 & P256 SSD’s: Firmware Update Released

By Jamie Pert - Dec 22, 2009

Back in October we posted an article which reviewed Corsair’s P64 SSD, we are now hearing a firmware update has been developed which can be installed on the Corsair P64, P128 and 256 SSD’s.

The firmware update was developed by Samsung, and has been been tested by both Samsung and Corsair, it seems as if the firmware update is stable as it is readily available here.

The main feature that this firmware update adds is TRIM support, for more information regarding TRIM support check out Wikipedia’s detailed article.

Personally if it was me I would back up all data before-hand just in-case, for more information check out HotHardware.
