2 of the best Surface Pro reviews – strengths and weaknesses

The Surface Pro is a perfect upgrade for those who feel the RT does not deliver as much as they had hoped, although it’s a tough pill to swallow having to replace the device just a few short months after purchasing the RT. The more powerful processor and the improved software make it a worthwhile investment, although it’s far from perfect — but how many first-generation devices are perfect?

There are several issues putting people off purchasing a Microsoft Surface Pro, one because they have no idea what it wants to be, and second because it can work out an expensive device if you want the keyboard cover to go with it. We’re almost certain that Microsoft is already working on the Surface Pro 2, along with other devices in the Surface range, such as a smaller version, but for now there’s just the one model to choose from, and it’s far better than you would think.

We say this because there was a lot of negative Surface Pro reviews in the beginning, such as poor storage management, not so impressive battery life and also its price, but impressive sales in a limited market proved those critics wrong. And now the Surface Pro is available in far more markets now, Microsoft should be able to see an increase in sales.

Below we have 2 of the best Surface Pro reviews, as they give us a perfect insight into an owners perspective after owning one for a while. The first review looks at how he has spent the past two and a half weeks solid on the Surface Pro, and has not opened up his MacBook once. However, he does point out that there are still pros and cons, and if Microsoft were to resolve those issue in the next-gen model, then they are on to something special.

The second video is a fun one because the reviewer has an exciting outlook on things. He discusses how he was impressed initially with the Surface Pro, from the Intel i5 processor, to the overall design. This has to be the best Surface Pro review we have seen in a while, but you need to watch it to appreciate how informative it is.

if you are thinking of getting yourself one then personally, we feel that you need to purchase one of the keyboard covers, as it makes the Surface Pro a far more convincing ultrabook.
