Xerox and Affiliated Computer Services $6.4 Billion Deal

Xerox has announced that they are to purchase ACS Affiliated Computer Services (ACS), in a deal worth $6.4 Billion. Xerox hopes that this deal will allow them to expand beyond its current business plan, which is document management.
