NEC AtermWR1200H: new Wireless Lan router for Japan
This is the NEC AtermWR1200H and it’s a new Wireless LAN router that will be arriving in Japan very soon, the simple and compact Wi-Fi router weighs 110g and is sized at just 27×85x110mm. This version of NEC Wi-Fi router is 60% smaller than it’s previous generation, not sure if it will hit Europe or the U.S. anytime soon and no word on price yet.
No Ties Broadband From AOL
There is a new broadband package available from AOL and it is called ‘Flexi’, they claim that it is the first no ties broadband package with no cancellation fee. This means that there is no contract length, so customers will be able to sign up and cancel when they like and will no be charged.
Users will also get access to the AOL 24/7 customer support and speeds of up to 8Mps for £14.99 per month. There is naturally a one off connection fee which costs £49.99 and the package also includes a wireless router which is worth £50, which you can keep when you leave AOL.
