Two Worlds 2: New Expansion Pack Announced

We have some pretty exciting news now for all you Two Worlds 2 fans out there right now, as the game’s publisher Topware Interactive has just launched a brand new website announcing the official ‘Pirates of the Flying Fortress’ expansion pack for the popular RPG title.

According to a recent article by David Hinkle over on the joystiq.com website, the upcoming ‘Pirates of the Flying Fortress’ expansion pack will not only provide fans with exotic flare, but it will also bring brand new weapons, new enemies and even brand new settings.

The highly anticipated expansion pack will also add thunderstorms and rain to the popular Two Worlds 2 game, which has now sold over 2.5 million copies worldwide and won numerous awards. The pack also features new single-player content, new multiplayer maps and the impact-orientated horse armor.

‘Pirates of the Flying Fortress’ will be released as a multi-platform title for the PlayStation 3, Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X and Xbox 360 in September. Two Worlds 2: Final UK Release Date Confirmed

We have a bit of good news now for all you UK gamers out there who have been waiting for the much-awaited release of the Two Worlds 2 game, as a final release date has now been confirmed. It looks like you won’t have to wait too much longer either, as the game will be arriving on March 1st.

As Matthew Reynolds over on the digitalspy.co.uk website recently reported, the Two Worlds 2 game was originally delayed from last year, to avoid the busy autumn release period. The game then suffered yet more delays, when a shipment from China was unfortunately destroyed.

However, there does appear to be a catch to the UK release. According to Ben Parfitt over at mcvuk.com, the Two Worlds II game will only be available to purchase from online retailer Amazon. The RPG was originally listed in GAME’s upcoming release schedule, but has since been removed.

TopWare Interactive spoke to Eurogamer recently, and said that they had decided to forego a retail release and launch the Two Worlds 2 game exclusively on Amazon. The online retailer will have all versions of the game in stock, including the Royal Edition.

The Two Worlds 2 game will be available for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC.

Two Worlds II: UK Release Date Suffers Delay

If you live in the UK and were hoping to get your hands on a copy of the Two Worlds II game at the end of this month, then I’m afraid we have a bit of disappointing news for you. TopWare Interactive has just announced that the game’s UK release date has been delayed.

As Matthew Reynolds over at digitalspy.co.uk reports, the publisher spoke to Eurogamer recently and announced that the upcoming role-playing adventure title will now be arriving on February 4th. Other gamers in Europe have been able to play Two Worlds II since it launched in November 2010.

According to the eurogamer.net report by Robert Purchese, the last UK/US release date that was given was January 25th, so it looks like the game hasn’t been delayed too much. The original UK delay was due to the then publisher SouthPeak, who wanted to avoid a busy autumn launch period.

However, SouthPeak has been cut out of the picture since then and TopWare Interactive has now taken over and will be handling the UK launch. Have you watched a trailer for the Two Worlds II game yet? If not you can find one over on the eurogamer.net website here.

Two Worlds 2 Cheats: Console Commands

The release of Two Worlds 2 was supposed to be on November 9th in Europe and January 2011 for the U.S. for the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC. However, it now seems that this game for the PS3 has been delayed, which publisher TopWare/Zuxxez’s blames Sony for. For those of you who are enjoying the game on your PC and Xbox, then we have news on cheats codes for you.

The cheats are a series of console commands, which can be opened with the [ ^ ] or [ ½ ] keyboard key. According to the Two Worlds II website the cheats are not ready for use just yet, and just remember after each command you will need to enter twoworldscheats 1 in order for the cheat to work.

The cheats are broken down into categories, these are as follows: Quest, Items, Alchemy, Magic, Potions, Relicts, Power-Ups and Miscellaneous. The cheats in each section are extensive; there are hundreds of them.

This is a huge blow for Sony, as Two Worlds 2 would have been a great title to have for the PlayStation 3 over the holiday season. At least we know there is a great game to look forward to, as a huge portion of PS3 gamers will not have much spare time once Gran Turismo 5 launches. For more details visit Joystiq.

Two Worlds 2: Xbox 360, PS3 and PC Release Date

Back in 2007 we saw the release of Two Worlds, the game received mix reviews therefore it is quite surprising to hear that SouthPeak have decided to release a sequel called Two Worlds 2.

The original Two Worlds was developed for the Xbox 360 and PC, however Two Worlds 2 will be coming to the PS3 aswell as the Xbox 360 and PC, the game’s publisher SouthPeak recently revealed that they are planning to release the game on September 14th.

Early signs suggest that this game will be much better than its predecessor, the plot for the game is said to continue where Two Worlds left off, apparently you start off as a prisoner in the dungeons of Gandohar’s castle, however the Orcs rescue you, then you must do whatever it takes to rescue Kỹra .
