Toshiba Blu-ray players and laptops to release soon

We recently heard how Toshiba had ‘bit the bullet’ and decided to start releasing Blu-ray players, despite initially firmly backing the HD DVD format. It is now official as Toshiba have now applied for membership of the BDA.

The BDA is the Blu-ray Disc Association, this shows that Toshiba plan on releasing products that support the Blu-ray format. Toshiba Confirm Blu-ray Player Release
