TomTom GO 940, 740 and 540 LIVE: real-time route adjustment

There is no denying that TomTom produce one of the best GPS Sat-Nav systems. These gadgets have come a long way in their short amount of time. Just take the x40 LIVE series.

The GO 940 LIVE, GO 740 LIVE and GO 540 LIVE has real-time route adjustment. The system is called IQ Routes and is a new and extended version; this can adjust your route for predicted and actual road conditions.

The new TomTom range will be available in UK, Germany, France, Netherlands and Switzerland. The x40 LIVE series price starts at £299, with the service costing £10 per month in the UK.

TomTom has introduced the new GO 930T and 730T

TomTom have introduced the GO 930 and 730 which are the updated versions to the to the popular 720 and 920 but they now feature the new IQ Routes feature which uses a database of historical vehicle speeds along different paths rather than speed limit information to generate route guidance.

You can expect the $500 730 and $550 930 to hit the stores this April.
