For those of you who are getting exited with the upcoming release of the new Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix, then I think that you will be left with a disappointing taste in your mouth, just check out this footage and you will know exactly what I mean.
When watching this footage it does not look like anything has changed from this new game and the old one, and we know how boring Street Fighter used to be. When watching Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix closely I have noticed that the characters movements are not even smooth, gamers of this day and age will not put up with things like that.
The reason that things are not smooth in the game is because the developers decided to just draw on top of the old sprites, which means that no new animation had to be drawn. I just do not think that this game will prove popular. It just all seems a waste of time to have 1080 HD sprites. A word of advice gamers, do not waste your storage space on this garbage.
New Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix will feature all the same characters from the old game and will have two gameplay modes. As they have remade this game, I do worry that they no might to try and re-release the old Street Fighter movie.
