Sony PS3 update 2.17 brings PlayStation 2 game improvements

Yesterday we reported about the new Sony PS3 Firmware Update 2.17 and how it improves the stability of online Playstation 3 games, but what we know now is there was another improvement. The PS3 2.17 firmware also brings PlayStation 2 game improvements, PS2 games that need to be installed onto a hard drive can do so now…great for the classics.
