You can expect this price to drop significantly though during the sales, so is it worth picking one up?

This TV also comes with a USB port and support for MP3 playback, JPEGs and MPEGS 1/2. For those interested in determining the exact quality of the HDMI support, we can tell you that this TV supports HDMI 1.3, not the newer 1.4 format.

On the official Seiki website, the official price listing is $499.99, but during the sales you should see this model with a few hundred dollars discount if you spend time searching.
