It has been reported that Pete Doherty has become obsessed with Scientology.

Pete who is dating Scientologist DJ Nadine Ruddy has been researching the religion in order to “find out more” about his partner.

A source said that “Nadine is really into Scientology. She takes her beliefs very seriously. Pete’s chatted a lot with her about it. He went out and bought some books to read up about it. He just wanted to find out more about Nadine and what she believes in.”

Tom Cruise Refuses to consider IVF treatment due to Scientology

It has been reported that Tom Cruise has refused to have IVF treatment in a bid to conceive a baby with Katie Holmes.

It’s said that Katie is growing increasingly concerned that she has been unable to fall pregnant for the second time and that Katie was desperate to undergo the fertility treatment but Tom has banned it because it is frowned on by the Scientology movement.

A source said that “Katie’s concerned about Suri being lonely as she’s kept in a bit of a Scientology bubble. She wants her to have a playmate. Tom keeps telling her to focus on Scientology methods of creating “positive energy” to become pregnant, which he’s convinced worked the first time around, but Katie’s losing patience. She’s getting frantic and the worst thing is she knows that the more stressed she becomes, the less likely she is to conceive.”

Will Smith Is Not A Scientologist

Will Smith has hit back at claims that he and his wife Jada Pinkett Smith have been recruited by the Church of Scientology.

Recent reports have said that they had started following the faith, on the advice of close friends Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes.

Will said that “You don’t have to be Jewish to be a friend of Steven Spielberg. You don’t have to be a Muslim to be a friend of Muhammad Ali. And you don’t have to be a Scientologist to be a friend of Tom Cruise. I am a Christian. I am a student of all religions. And I respect all people and all paths”.

A spokesman for will said that “As Will Smith’s publicist I can tell you with 100 per cent certainty that Will is not a Scientologist“.

John Travolta, Dr. Drew Pinsky and Church of Scientology help Jeff Conaway

It has been reported that Jeff Conaway is currently battling drinking, cocaine and painkiller issues and admits his family had a very liberal approach to alcohol.

Jeff said that “My grandmother used to make beer in the bathtub and we’d drink together; we’d sit there and suck on the hose and drink this deep dark brown beer that she would make. The first time I got drunk, I was three; I drank a bottle of sherry. I thought it tasted like ice-cream.”

So with the help of celebrity psychologist Dr. Drew Pinsky and John Travolta, who has recently introduced Jeff to a Church of Scientology addiction treatment it’s said that Jeff is hoping to kick his addictions.
