Both cameras feature 14.2 megapixel sensors capable of recording video at 720p, they also both offer 1.8 inch front-facing LCD screens and 3.5 inch rear displays, the rear screens support gesture-based touchscreen controls.

The ST600 is the cheaper of the two, it should be readily available for around $329 pretty soon, it is cheaper because its 5x wide angle optical zoom is the result of a lens which protrudes.

The ST100 features the same 5x optical zoom capability, however the lens is internal, for this luxury you will have to pay roughly $349 when it becomes available.

At the moment no definite release date has been confirmed, therefore as we hear more we will have to keep you posted, for further information and Samsung’s official press release check out the source link below.
