How do you feel about the Nintendo Wii friend codes? Do you think there are problems, well Nintendo think so and have said friend codes aren’t perfect.
They would love to add features that many of you may have already suggested but have one major problem that involves children using the Nintendo Wii.
Privacy online is a big issue and even more so if we are talking about the younger gamer, Nintendo know this and it’s the one thing stopping them improving Wii friend codes.
They do not want children getting harassed and Nintendo want to assure people that safety and security of the gamer comes first.
The Sony PS3 and Xbox 360 have universal I.D.s across all online games, but the Nintendo Wii takes security more seriously and makes gamers insert a 12-digit friend code to play friends online.
If you wish to play strangers on the Wii it will be without the use of codes, we are hearing that improvements will be coming soon to the friend code system on the Wii. You can view other Wii News here.
What would be a good way for Nintendo to protect gamer privacy and encourage community on the Wii?

Facebook social network security mishap after update: Did you find loophole?

The security on Facebook is quite embarrassing when you think about it considering people were able to view other people’s personal photos that they posted on Facebook user profile pages, completely circumventing the recent upgrade to the site’s privacy controls.
Facebook should never have a security lapse because people go to this social networking place for peace of mind when on their, this is bad really considering they have only just beefed up their privacy options.
This was all discovered by a Canadian computer technician called Byron Ng, and it was verified by the Associated Press. This loophole allowed Ng to look at private photos of Paris Hilton which is bad really because I guessed she thought it would be private.
A Facebook spokesperson has said that this bug has now been fixed after only an hour of them being alerted.
Please let us know if you have been in this situation?

ThruVision T5000 camera sees under clothes: airport security just got better

It seems as if airport security is about to get a whole lot better thanks to the Britain. ThruVision a British company has developed a camera that can actually see through clothes from up to 80-feet away. The camera can detect if people are hiding devices in their pockets or under their clothes.
The ThruVision T5000, will no doubt anger many people who think that it breaks privacy laws. However people who have to go through security checkpoints should have nothing to hide, if this improves security at airports then I am all for it.
The ThruVision T5000 camera uses a technology called Terahertz, or T-rays as it is better known. Do not worry though; it will not be able to see your private parts.
