As the technology in electronic devices and computing equipment advances the size of the products become smaller yet more powerful. The news we have today is of the world’s smallest USB 3.0 flash drive.

The PQI U819V is 3.15cm in length making it almost inevitably losable, if it weren’t for the cap and key ring that it comes with users most probably would have a hard time finding their saved data that they put on there in the first place just in case they lost it.

The storage options for this device range from 32GB down to 4GB. You can attach it to your phone and is compatible with USB 2.0 ports as well as taking advantage of the speedy 3.0 ports. Weighing in at 3.6 grams you may expect something so light not to have the guts to produce what it promises but that’s not the case. This device is capable of transfer speeds of up to 5Gbps.

Though there are no details of a price as of yet or when the device will be released more details that are known can be found in the article over at PQI.com just click the link to find them out.

What do you think of this tiny but powerful USB flash drive? Will you be getting one? Let us know in the comments below.
