We can laugh at these now, but I wonder if our kids will be laughing at the concept designs that will make an appearance at the 2010 Paris Motor Show in years to come?

Some concept designs never leave the drawing board, but there are those that are built to be unveiled at auto shows as well as press events, such as the 1960’s Pininfarina X Concept. At first I had to laugh at how the vehicle was designed, but I almost spat my cereal out when I saw that ATS Collections was asking $3 million for it.

Now that I have taken the time to take a closer look at the design of this concept car, i have to admire how bold it is. However, I do worry that the team at Pininfarina was watching too many episodes of The Jestson’s.

Looking from the front you will be forgiven for thinking that you were staring at a bubble car, while at the rear you could easily be looking at a Cadillac. We can safely say that there is not another car like this on the planet, but do you think that it is worth 3 million bucks?
