Microsoft have released Mac 12.0.1 Update for Office 2008, this patch fixes a number of things including vulnerability where an attacker is able to overwrite he content of your computer.
The Office 2008 Mac 12.0.1 Update also helps fix a number of other critical issues, the patch is hoped to help the program run more smoothly and resolves the issues where the software could stop responding or even quit unexpectedly.
