EA’s Madden NFL and class-action suit

It has been revealed that the lawsuit filed against EA by Hagens Berman LLP has been given the go-ahead by a U.S district judge. The lawsuit was originally filed back in June of this year, accusing EA of driving competitors out of the market - due to their Madden NFL agreements. Read more
Madden NFL 10 Roster Update: Will Michael Vick make it?
Gamer Tell reported yesterday that Donny Moore - EA game designer – had answered one of the biggest questions on his twitter for the Madden fans; Michael Vick was not included in the Madden NFL 10 roster update.
They also said that Michael Vick was still looking for a new NFL team after being released from prison, but in the last few hours we have seen a press conference by Michael Vick, which shows him going to the Philadelphia Eagles. You can watch the video on YouTube.
With this recent announcement we wonder how long it will be before they get him into the game, considering Donny Moore said “once he signs with a team, we will get him in there ASAP”.

EA Madden NFL 10: Released today on Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii
Good news if you’re a Madden fan now, as we’re pleased to confirm that the next installment of Madden NFL 10 is now available to buy, both in the US and also over in the UK. Aside from the usual releases on PS3, 360 and Wii, the game will also be released on PSP, PS2 and the Apple iPhone. Read more
