The Internet has been flooded with new Lincoln MKZ rumors and other suggestions following a video uploaded to the official YouTube channel over the weekend. You can see the video below this article that runs for just 39 seconds, which is titled Get Ready and shows viewers a preview of things to come from Lincoln. The Ford Mustang chassis can clearly be seen at exactly 27 seconds, so this alone has caused a number of people to suggest very specific predictions.

Lincoln’s new video couldn’t include much more and certainly teases the auto fans, but what should we expect to arrive when a statement is made? You will even see Abraham Lincoln in the viral video, although the biggest clue for when we’ll find out is right at the end, which simply states “Coming December 3rd“.

Take a close look at the video below – if you do bother to take a look carefully then let us know what you find? There are hidden messages that raise questions, which include what looks to be a coupe in the background at one point, a car speeding down the salt flat, and an SUV in the lens. Do you notice anything?

What will Lincoln reveal today? We’re not sure at what point Lincoln will reveal the news today, so keep connected to PR to find out more. If you get the news before us, then feel free to leave a comment below or share your thoughts on what might be revealed today. You can keep connected to their YouTube channel here, or the official website that is sure to post some details later today.

The results of the J. D. Power & Associates 2011 Vehicle Dependability Study have recently been revealed and we can now confirm that Lincoln has overtaken Porsche and taken the top spot, that said the Porsche 911 is still regarded as the most dependable single vehicle.

This is the first time that Lincoln has taken the top spot in the annual study, this particular study looks at the problems reported by 44,000 owners of 2008 models, there are 202 different problem areas and the Lincoln owners reported just 101 problems per 100 owners. This might not sound too great, however when you take into account that Mini owners reported 221 problems per 100 owners it shows just how good Lincoln’s dependability statistics really are.

When you look at other manufacturers in comparison you see the fierce competition they beat to the top spot, Lexus owners reported 109 problems (per 100), Jaguar owners reported 112 problems (per 100), Porsche owners reported 114 problems (per 100) and Toyota reported 122 problems per 100.

On the other end of the scale the bottom five brands were Dodge, Land Rover Jeep and Mini. Despite being at the bad end of the study Land Rover’s figures have improved massively when compared to last year’s study in 2010 owners reported 255 problems (per 100 owners), this year owners reported 212 problems (per 100 owners).

You can find out fully detailed information regarding Lincoln’s impressive achievement over at NYTimes, do you think Lincoln will retain their top spot next year?
