Since getting some hands on time with OnLive at the annual EuroGamer Expo at Earls Court, London, we have been keeping a close eye on the game streaming service, today we have great news for you as six indie title are being added to the OnLive game library.

These games should be popular additions, firstly we can confirm that Limbo is on its way, this puzzle-platformer has been a very popular offering on Xbox Live, PSN and Steam, therefore OnLive gamers will be happy to hear that it is in bound. Another great game which is on its way is Bastion, this is an action RPG which has received great from reviews from the harshest of critics.

The other four games are Avadon: The Black Fortress, Magicka, Orcs Must Die and Space Chem. Perhaps the most popular out of these is Magicka, up until now this game has only been available for PC, but initial sales were promising and we think that a launch on OnLive will bring even more success to the game’s developer, Arrowhead Game Studios.

Here is a quote from John Spinale, OnLive’s VP of games, when speaking about indies:

“Simply put, they’re making some really great, innovative games these days. We love bringing amazing new experiences to our OnLive members, and also helping innovative developers get their ideas out to a larger, more diverse audience of gamers. Win-win.”

We currently have no details regarding prices and release dates, therefore we will have to keep you posted as we hear more. We will definitely be checking out these games when they arrive, if your not sure which game to buy don’t forget there will be free 30 minute trials available.

You can find out a little bit more about OnLive’s love for indies over at JoyStiq, which other indie games would you like to hit OnLive? Minecraft anyone?

Yesterday was not all about Apple and their influx of products, we also saw Playdead’s LIMBO make it to PSN. The developer would not have been happy to know that their PS3 version of the game got lost due to other events that went on yesterday. However, in a way to spice things up a little and make it stand out against the Xbox 360 version, there are a few little extra gems.

We already knew that they were to offer something extra, and that was bonus content. That content is a hidden trophy, which can only be found by locating all of the easter eggs. Finding these extra eggs will be fun, as you have to begin a chapter where you are in total darkness – it will feel a little like the movie “Pitch Black,” although there is nothing that will cause you harm here.

You will need to have your sound turned up, as you have to keep walking until you hear a boy get into the water. The moment that you hear this you will need to jump to the right, it will not be an easy task but after a few tries you should make the jump. From there you will have to try to clutch the platform, a short jog to the right will bag you the “Alone in the Dark egg trophy.”

PlayStation Lifestyle says that you should not get too complacent, as you will need to make a dash to the right before the door closes on you. LIMBO took the Xbox Marketplace community by storm last year, and it looks set to do the same on the PlayStation Network. One review has given the game 9.25 out of 10 – what a strange score.

As with all games there are there good and bad points, the positives are a well thought out game full of puzzles, dark and eerie, teaching you more than just running around a map shooting and blowing things up and also those hidden eggs and trophies.

There seems to be only two bad points, and that is a short lifespan of the game, and a frustrating ending as well. What we like about the game is that it teaches you that winners never quit and quitters never win. The reason we say this is due to the fact that you will die a lot in the game, and only the determined will make it to the end.
