A few months ago we brought you news on some of Intel’s new processors, these include the Core i7-980X, i5-655K and 17-875K. Now there are some new models coming on to the market.

According to a report by Vlad Savov over at engadget.com, the Core i5-580M comes with a price tag of $266 and delivers a CPU speed of 2.66GHz, which is quite funny really when you look at it as the speed matches its price.

The i5-560M is priced at $225 for bulk customers, has the same clock speed as the above mentioned 580M, but offers Turbo Boost technology up to 3.2GHz, which is not as fast as the 580M’s 3.33GHz.

We also have the i7-640M colossus, which offers a price of $346 and sports a GHz of up to 3.4 or a standard 2.8GHz. Prices for other models include $250 for the 1.33GHz i5-560UM, the 1.46 GHz i7-680UM at $317 and last of all the 2.26GHz i7-660LM priced at $346.

Will you upgrade your existing processor; if so which one would you choose?
