Your Routers Vulnerable, malicious router-controlling website

A researcher has created a malicious router-controlling website which is a worry for the masses; it is basically like having control of your internet connection. It works where a method of DNS attack which utilizing typical D-Link or Linksys routers and this is when hackers can gain command to your stuff.

DNS rebinding attack is what it is called and functions by allowing hackers to put JavaScript into play which can fool your browser into alerting your router’s configuration and this is where the operator remotely administers the device.

Ok this concept is not solid at the moment but it can take advantage of guessing with ease the router admin passwords.

The researcher called Dan Kaminsky will show people at the RSA security conference how a web-based attack could be used to attack and seize control of certain routers
