Xbox 360 Gears of War 2: Unreal Engine 3 on-stage demonstration

Gears of War 2 is shaping up to be a superb game, and one of the major factors that will help the game become so great is the use of the new Unreal Engine 3. For those of you, who have not seen how good this piece of software is, then check out this on-stage demonstration video that was taken at GDC 2008.

There are a number of improvements on the Unreal Engine 3; one is the improved water physics. It seems as if the character is now able to affect his surrounds. If you shoot at wall it will blow apart as if you were really shooting at them.
