Each speaker cube has its own rechargeable battery pack and on a full charge will give you up to 10 hours of music. Each speaker also has its own on/off switch and auto sleep mode to conserve power. But what this unit also has is an A/V socket so you can hook it up to your TV and watch iPod videos on the big screen.
