This is Don King Presents: Prizefighter and will be coming to the Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii and DS (not sure why no Sony PS3), below we have the Debut Trailer for Prizefighter and it does look good but then can it compete with Fight Night Round 3.
The video below is the first media to be released from 2K’s upcoming boxing game.
